Managing a varied caseload, including contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts, insolvency issues, and professional negligence claims.Drafting pleadings, witness statements.Supporting clients throughout the litigation process and representing clients in CourtCollaborating with the Partner on larger claims.Contributing to business development and marketing activities.

The Successful ApplicantThe Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be: / have;

A solicitor or equivalent with 1-6 years PQE.Experienced in handling a range of commercial disputes.An interest to work for a regional law firmStrong academicsTies to LeedsSkilled in drafting legal documents and client communication.Proactive in business development and client relationship management.
