Malmaison is seeking a proactive leader who understands that running a successful business involves more than just exceeding brand standards or maintaining a strong PandL. We value someone who will look after the team, develop their skills, and deliver a high level of celebrity service.This role is ideal for someone who is within 12 months (or less) of managing their own hotel and is eager to join a brand that offers opportunities for growth and recognition.As an Operations Manager, your keen eye for detail will be crucial. You will enjoy leading and motivating your team, and driving the brand strategy across all aspects of the business. Your goal will be to position Malmaison as a preferred employer and destination to stay, dine, and drink.You will have market knowledge and understand how to maximize FandB revenue by viewing the bigger picture. Managing department managers and teams, leading by example, and attention to detail will be second nature to you.Previous experience managing large teams and a solid understanding of food and drink in a similar-sized property is preferred but not essential.A good understanding of Health and Safety practices and experience implementing E-Learning programs for teams will be advantageous.
