Alecto Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established and growing business seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their team across London and the surrounding areas.

With a strong pipeline of long-term contracts and a solid reputation in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for stability, strong earning potential, and a varied workload across commercial and industrial environments.

You''ll be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial refrigeration systems. Working across multiple sites, you''ll ensure equipment is operating efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with current regulations.

• Installation, service, and maintenance of refrigeration systems
• Fault finding and reactive breakdown repairs
• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Working on equipment including:
  • Cold rooms
  • Pack systems
  • Display cabinets
  • Commercial fridges and freezers
• Completing service reports and job documentation
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
• Maintaining a professional presence on client sites

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer
• F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (desirable)
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

• Competitive salary: -45,000 - -55,000 (depending on experience)
