We are currently working with a fantastic company within the Healthcare industry who are recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Leader to manage a busy team of HR Advisors, providing guidance and support across the business. This is a home based position although travel to London will be required occasionally. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR professional to take ownership of a high-performing advisory function, acting as the contact for complex employee relations issues while also working closely with the HR Director on wider people strategy and organisational priorities. Your role will be to lead, manage and develop the HR Advisory Team, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality HR advice across the organisation. You will be overseeing complex ER cases and provide expert guidance on matters including disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, absence, redundancy and other employment law issues. As a senior member of the HR team, you will also stand in for the HR Director when needed, providing operational and strategic HR leadership and representing the HR function at senior management level.
