Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional with a strong background in Employment Tribunal case management? Are you looking to work part time? We''re recruiting for an Employee Relations Project Specialist to join a well established not for profit organisation initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a part time position working 3 days per week and is a fully remote role. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a complex tribunal caseload, working closely with senior HR leaders, legal partners and key stakeholders to ensure cases are managed efficiently and in line with employment legislation. Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 (pro rata) Location: Fully remote Contract: 6 Month FTC Hours: 22 hours over 3 days. Key responsibilities: Managing and coordinating Employment Tribunal cases from start to finish Supporting the preparation of witness statements, bundles and tribunal documentation Liaising with solicitors, managers and external bodies Tracking case progress, deadlines, risks and outcomes Producing reports and insights to support senior decision-making Identifying trends and helping improve employee relations processes What we''re looking for: Proven experience managing multiple Employment Tribunal cases Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS processes CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent tribunal casework experience Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills Experience preparing tribunal bundles and witness statements If ..... full job details .....
