Location: London / On-site Contract: 4-month temporary contract Salary: £60,000-£65,000 salary equivalent MLC Partners are delighted to be supporting a leading London university in recruiting an interim Senior Facilities Operations and Safety Manager. This is a busy, hands-on role with responsibility for facilities operations, health and safety, service delivery and team management across multiple London sites. The role: You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of facilities and services, ensuring a high-quality experience for staff, students and visitors. Working closely with senior stakeholders, contractors and internal teams, you will also lead health and safety activity and drive improvements across operational processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management of facilities and operational services across multiple sites. Oversee health and safety policies, risk assessments, inspections, incident reporting and follow-up actions. Manage and develop the facilities operations team, setting priorities and ensuring high standards of delivery. Work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers and external premises providers. Review and improve operational processes, procedures and service standards.
