Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead and develop the Legal Support function, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to Partners, fee earners and clients.You will manage a team of approximately 30 legal support professionals, working closely with HR and senior stakeholders across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and develop the Legal Support team, promoting a positive and high-performing culture.Oversee the delivery and quality of legal support services across the firm.Manage performance, appraisals, development and employee relations in partnership with HR.Build strong relationships with Partners, Heads of Department and key stakeholders.Oversee resource allocation, workload, recruitment and workforce planning.Identify and implement improvements to processes, service delivery and operational efficiency.Support change management and wider Business Services projects.Provide coaching and development opportunities, supporting career progression and succession planning.About You2-3 years'' proven management or supervisory experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.Strong leadership and people management skills.Experience with performance management and ..... full job details .....
