This is an excellent opportunity for a proven people manager with strong stakeholder management skills and experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.Working closely with the Head of Executive Support and a fellow Executive Support Manager, you will help drive operational excellence, champion continuous improvement, and ensure the delivery of a consistent and professional executive support service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, motivate and develop a team of Executive Assistants, ensuring high standards of performance and service delivery. Allocate resources effectively across the team, ensuring appropriate cover during periods of absence, increased workload and resourcing gaps.
