About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in a clean, well-equipped facility. You''ll be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes (Haas) using G-code. The role is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision work and enjoys working in a structured, quality-driven environment.

Key Details:

• Shift: Days only - Monday to Friday - 6am to 2.30pm

• Pay: Up to -20 per hour (DOE)

• Location: Witham, Essex

• Temporary to permanent role

What We''re Looking For:

• Strong experience operating and programming CNC lathes, ideally Haas

• Confident in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings

• Skilled in programming at the machine using G-code

• A background in automotive or precision engineering is advantageous

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
