We are assisting them in their search for a Project Manager to run, as number one on site, an £800k CAT A office fit-out with cut and carve elements, based in Orpington, Kent.This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards. To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering CAT A office fit-out projects with cut and carve elements for a main contractor, with a similar job value.
