PRINCIPAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - EDUCATION DIVISION

About the Role: Daytime Healthcare is broadening its reach with the launch of our Daytime Education division and seeks a driven Principal Recruiter to lead this new vertical. You ll be responsible for securing contracts with schools, colleges, and academies while managing candidate pipelines for both teaching and support staff placements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow the education recruitment desk from inception with robust operational support and oversight. Work across public (state schools, academies) and private sectors. Place both teaching and non-teaching staff in temporary and permanent roles. Build long-term client relationships and drive business development. Ensure safeguarding and compliance requirements are rigorously met. Provide strategic input including division plans and financial targets. Requirements: Minimum 3 years recent experience in education recruitment (360 role). Experience growing desks and/or managing education recruitment teams. Understanding of education compliance and safeguarding requirements. Commercial mindset with a desire to lead a division. Based in-office with hybrid options after probation.
