PRINCIPAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - DOCTORS and GP DIVISION

About the Role: We are now seeking a highly experienced 360 Principal Recruiter to lead the Doctors and GP division at Daytime Healthcare. The successful candidate will have autonomy to build and manage this desk from the ground up, working across public and private sectors, and tapping into both temporary and permanent recruitment opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Build and lead the Doctors/GP recruitment desk across the UK. Engage clients across the NHS, private hospitals, and primary care providers. Secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Deliver full 360 recruitment: candidate sourcing, compliance, and account management. Provide strategic direction and financial forecasting for division growth. Stay current with locum regulations, IR35, and medical compliance standards. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in 360 medical recruitment (Doctors/GPs). Demonstrated success in building desks and managing service delivery. Previous leadership experience in a similar setting. Deep understanding of framework processes and compliance. Ability to work in-office with potential hybrid model post-probation.
