HR Business Partner

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business partner who is confident working within a matrix management structure and has experience using HR systems to deliver a high-quality, people-focused service. A well established business within construction you will be based in Wakefield and covering our Yorkshire and North East region. Act as the first point of contact and trusted advisor for managers and employees across the Yorkshire and North East region. Regular Travel to sites and regional offices around the Yorkshire and North East region a minimum of 1 day per week. Manage, coach and develop the HR Advisor as a direct report. Provide advice and guidance on a full range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, absence, and organisational change. Partner with managers to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. Coach and support managers to develop their people leadership skills. Support recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent. Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision making, ensuring accurate use and maintenance of HR systems. Lead and contribute to regional and group-wide HR projects and initiatives. Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent and joined-up approach across the business.
