Following several years of research and development, the business is now entering a significant period of commercial delivery and growth.The London team is small today, with engineering, QA and data hiring already underway and plans to grow significantly over the next 24 months. The next step is putting the recruitment; people processes and culture in place to support that growth.Reporting to the COO, you will take ownership of HR andamp; Business ops. You will improve how the company recruits and assesses people, build fantastic onboarding, develop the employee life cycle and coach managers on feedback, performance and line management, to improve employee experience and retention, alongside project work with the COO for Business OperationsIt is a role for someone comfortable working where things are not defined yet.
