We're looking for a compassionate and organised Assistant Independent Living Partner to support older residents living independently within a busy housing scheme.

What you'll be doing:
🏠 Acting as the first point of contact for residents, providing tenancy and scheme management support
❤️ Carrying out agreed welfare contacts and signposting customers to relevant support services
🔔 Managing social alarm systems
✔️ Completing health & safety and compliance checks across schemes
🤝 Encouraging resident involvement and supporting community engagement
📱 Using IT systems to maintain accurate records and manage your workload

What we're looking for:
✅ Experience in housing, support, independent living or a customer-focused environment
✅ Understanding of the needs of older people and promoting independent living
✅ Strong communication and IT skills
✅ Able to work independently and manage a lone-working role
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
✅ Willingness to travel across the region when required
✅ Enhanced DBS (or willing to undergo a DBS check)
