We''re looking for a compassionate and organised Assistant Independent Living Partner to support older residents living independently within a busy housing scheme.

What you''ll be doing:
££ Acting as the first point of contact for residents, providing tenancy and scheme management support
££ Carrying out agreed welfare contacts and signposting customers to relevant support services
££ Managing social alarm systems
££ Completing health and safety and compliance checks across schemes
££ Encouraging resident involvement and supporting community engagement
££ Using IT systems to maintain accurate records and manage your workload

What we''re looking for:
£ Experience in housing, support, independent living or a customer-focused environment
£ Understanding of the needs of older people and promoting independent living
£ Strong communication and IT skills
£ Able to work independently and manage a lone-working role
£ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
£ Willingness to travel across the region when required
£ Enhanced DBS (or willing to undergo a DBS check)
