Contract: Full Time/Fixed Term Contract (18 months) (35 hours per week)
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Head of Operational Security to join a passionate and knowledgeable team that manages exam security for a number of our English language assessments. We deliver millions of exams to learners around the world every year and this team focuses on preventing malpractice and exam fraud, ensuring exam results are valid and fair. We are making some changes and this new role will shape and deliver those changes.

About the roleThis fixed-term role will focus on designing and implementing robust security measures that are practical, scalable at a global level and which provide the highest levels of exam security. This will involve:
Researching best practice
Designing processes and policies and implementing changes
Influencing other teams and working cross functionally
Monitoring and measuring compliance with security requirements
Leading a small team of like-minded experts in test security
Managing high profile security risks and issues
Representing Exam Services and English on group-wide projects using your expert knowledge to influence, lead and guide
About youIn this role, you''ll be expected to lead with insight, innovation, and influence; driving improvements in exam security and operational practices while staying ahead of industry trends.
Constructively challenge existing processes and collaborate with others to implement meaningful improvements
Stay informed on developments in the assessment and security industries, while exploring innovations from other sectors
Demonstrate a deep understanding of global exam security challenges and how to mitigate them effectively
Apply knowledge of regulatory and recognition requirements to ensure assessments meet compliance standards
Translate complex ideas into actionable plans using strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Lead and inspire teams, while managing stakeholders and making compelling, evidence-based cases for change
