This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved on the floor while motivating and supporting their team to deliver high standards of performance, accuracy, and efficiency.You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of nightly picking, packing, and dispatch operations, overseeing a small team and leading by example to keep everything moving safely and on schedule.The Role: As Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the full supervision of a team of 7 warehouse operatives. You will organise workloads, delegate tasks, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and loaded accurately and on time.
