What you can add

Play a hands-on role in patient care by supporting medicines optimisation — from reconciling medications and advising patients, to working closely with clinical teams to ensure safe, effective treatment plans.Inspire and lead others by supervising junior pharmacy staff, offering training and guidance, and helping shape a positive, high-performing team environment.Be a driver of innovation and improvement by leading audits, supporting service development, and championing quality, safety, and digital transformation across the pharmacy service.

What You’ll need

Advanced Level Qualification such as an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services or a relevant health/social care qualification.Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) — fully qualified and registered.Significant experience working as a pharmacy technician, often including experience in clinical and hospital settings, with evidence of developing advanced clinical and leadership skills.In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence ofRelevant QualificationsRegistration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
