This role has become available due to an upcoming vacancy within the Commercial Property team. The team is seeking an experienced candidate who can quickly integrate and contribute from the outset. Given the busy nature of the department, the successful candidate will be confident handling matters with minimal supervision and able to "hit the ground running." The Role The position sits within a busy and varied Commercial Property department and will involve handling a broad mix of work, including: Commercial sales and purchases Landlord and tenant matters, including leases Development work Corporate support property transactions A small amount of high-value residential conveyancing This is a diverse caseload offering exposure to high-quality commercial property matters, including work with well-known property development clients in the Midlands.
