This opportunity would suit an experienced paralegal, a law graduate, or a candidate with a strong academic background who is keen to develop a career within commercial property law.The RoleYou will work closely with experienced fee earners, providing support across a broad range of commercial property matters. This will include involvement in sales and acquisitions, commercial leases and associated transactional work, offering excellent exposure to high-quality property matters.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting fee earners on a variety of commercial property transactionsAssisting with sales, purchases, leases and related documentationManaging property documentation and maintaining accurate matter filesLiaising with clients and third parties via telephone and emailPreparing and reviewing legal documentsUndertaking administrative and organisational tasks to support the teamManaging deadlines and competing priorities effectivelyThe Ideal CandidateApplicants may be experienced commercial or residential property paralegals, law graduates, or individuals with a genuine interest in specialising in commercial property.
