RUN Configuration Manager / Lead - IBM Maximo Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Bristol and London Rate: £750 per day, inside IR35 Start date: ASAP, subject to security clearance transfer Security clearance: Active UK SC clearance required Client: IBM / Ministry of Defence Your new role Hays is recruiting an experienced RUN Configuration Manager / Lead to join an Application Support team working within a secure Defence environment. You will act as a Functional Consultant responsible for the configuration, maintenance and ongoing enhancement of IBM Maximo Application Suite, specifically Maximo v9. The position will ensure the platform continues to meet changing operational and business requirements. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain Maximo v9 modules in line with business requirements Support day-to-day application operations within a BAU support environment Manage incidents, service requests and problem tickets against agreed SLAs Translate business requirements into effective functional configurations Configure workflows, automation scripts, domains, escalations and user interface components Complete impact assessments for changes and system enhancements Support releases, patches and upgrades, including testing and validation Work collaboratively with technical teams, developers and third-party suppliers Maintain configuration records, system documentation and support procedures Provide user guidance, support and knowledge transfer What you''ll need to ..... full job details .....
