The successful candidate will lead initiatives that operationalise AI and data products, fostering stakeholder relationships and building organisational capability in AI. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AI solutions that align with organisational goals. Lead the operationalisation of AI/data products using appropriate methodologies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in AI use. Manage stakeholder relationships to gain support and buy-in for AI initiatives. Develop team members and enhance organisational capability in AI. Qualifications: Proven expertise in AI solution design and implementation. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management. Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building. Ability to lead and develop team members effectively.
