Delegate Sales Executive

Temporary role until mid December (potential to be extended)I am currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Delegate Sales Executive to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving delegate attendance to our leading conferences and events within the energy sector, which attract senior-level professionals from around the globe.You ll play a key role in generating revenue and ensuring high-quality participation by building strong relationships with decision-makers across oil and gas, renewables, utilities, energy tech, policy, and investment. Key Responsibilities Proactively sell delegate passes via phone, email, and LinkedIn to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.Identify and engage decision-makers and professionals across the energy industry.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and other platforms.Clearly communicate the value proposition of attending the event, tailored to individual job roles, companies, and sectors.Understand delegate personas and stay updated on key energy sector trends to align the sales pitch effectively.Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager/Event Director.Attend the event (domestically or internationally, as required) to support on-site operations and deepen industry knowledge.
