Key Responsibilities Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming. Ensuring all surfaces are smooth and ready for spraying. Mixing and applying fillers as required. Working efficiently to meet repair deadlines without compromising quality. Adhering to all health and safety regulations and workshop procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper within a bodyshop/accident repair environment. Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good understanding of prepping materials and techniques. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
