Kolt Recruitment are looking for a dedicated and experienced Vehicle Prepper to join a busy and professional Accident Repair Centre in Edgware. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong preparation skills who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming. Ensuring all surfaces are properly prepped to achieve the best possible paint finish. Maintaining high standards of workmanship at all times. Working alongside painters, panel beaters, and other colleagues to ensure efficient workflow. Following company and manufacturer guidelines for health, safety, and quality. Requirements: Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in an accident repair or bodyshop environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. Knowledge of prepping techniques, fillers, sanding, masking, and priming. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
