A family-feel construction consultancy is seeking a personable Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cambridge.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor''s role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the directors on a variety of exciting project sectors including student accommodation, commercial and education.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be helping to assist the directors and a team of Quantity Surveyors carry out pre and post contract duties.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS accredited degree.
- Minimum of 18 months Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Basic pre and/or post contract experience
- Car + driver''s license
- Personable, honest character
- Keen to become MRICS
