A close-knit, less corporate Construction Consultancy is seeking an independent Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cambridge.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor''s role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will support business development activities across the Cambridge and London, whilst also working on exciting pre-existing projects.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be given the full autonomy to run their own projects, Quantity Surveying team, and the opportunity to work closely with clients.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
- MRICS
- Strong pre contract experience
- Business development experience
- Comfortable managing projects independently
- Client facing experience
- Good management skills
