We are seeking an experienced Deputyandnbsp;General Managerandnbsp;to lead the full operation across food, beverage, and accommodation working closley with the General Manager.andnbsp;

Working closely with the General Manager andandnbsp; Directors, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and long-term success of the venue within the premium hospitality market.   Delivering consistently high standards of service and guest experience

  Leading, developing, and supporting teams across all departments

  Managing a fast-paced hospitality operation

About you:

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations

• 
  

  Demonstrated experience in people management and team development

• 
  

  Previous experience in a similar restaurant, gastro pub, or boutique hospitality environment as a Deputyandnbsp;General Manager

• 
  

  Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach
