Working closely with the Directors, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and long-term success of the venue within the premium hospitality market. The role:

  Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue

  Full Pandamp;L accountability

• 
  

  Delivering consistently high standards of service and guest experience

• 
  

  Leading, developing, and supporting teams across all departments

• 
  

  Managing a fast-paced hospitality operation

About you:

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations

• 
  

  Demonstrated experience in people management and team development

• 
  

  Previous experience in a similar restaurant, gastro pub, or boutique hospitality environment as a General Manager

• 
  

  Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach
