SEN Teaching Assistant £110+ p/d - Inner London
Are you an experienced and compassionate Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEND, PMLD, or SEMH needs?
We are currently recruiting dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistants to work across a range of supportive and inclusive schools throughout London.
With flexible opportunities available immediately and throughout the academic year, this is an ideal role for individuals seeking daily supply, short-term placements, or ongoing flexible work within specialist and mainstream settings.
The Role
Teaching Assistants will:
*Support pupils with a range of additional needs including SEN, SEND, PMLD, and SEMH
*Provide one-to-one and small-group classroom support
*Assist with learning activities, emotional regulation, and behaviour support
*Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
*Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support pupil progress
We Are Looking For:
*Previous experience working with children or young people with additional needs
*Experience within schools, specialist provisions, care settings, or youth support environments
*Patient, resilient, and nurturing individuals
*Strong communication and behaviour management skills
*Flexible and reliable Teaching Assistants who can adapt to different settings
