Travel Consultant / Administration Assistant Location: East Molesey Salary: £25,000 per annum + commission Duration: Permanent Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday + occasional Saturdays Summary Our client are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Administration Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for helping clients plan and arrange personalised travel experiences, handling reservations and providing a high level of customer service. The role will also involve general administration and telephone calls, with regular interaction with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their travel arrangements run smoothly. The role will be fully office-based initially, with some flexibility to work from home occasionally once training has been completed. Responsibilities Assist clients with travel arrangements and reservations. Provide personalised advice and support based on individual travel requirements. Handle customer enquiries by telephone and other communication channels. Maintain accurate booking and customer records. Provide general administrative support to the team. Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure details are accurate and up to date. Deliver a professional and personalised customer service experience.
