Engineering Manager / Warehousing / £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus and benefits / Rotherham area

Our Client

Is a hugely successful retail group with warehouse facilities and industry-leading automation technology around the country. They currently require an Engineering  / Maintenance Manager to play a key role in the continued growth and success of one of their flagship automated logistics operations in the Rotherham area.

The Role

You will have complete autonomy for the management of over 40 Engineers maintaining both proactively and reactively the automated handling equipment across the operation. This will cover the CMMS system, planning and both tactical and strategic deployment of maintenance processes.

The Person

You will be an experienced Engineering Manager from a Warehousing environment with a track record of improving Engineering systems, people and processes.
