What will you be doing as a Purchase Ledger Assistant?Working as part of a busy finance team, you will be working with high volume invoices. Duties will include: Process invoices on a daily basisDealing with queries and payment issuesManaging supplier accounts, ensuring payment terms are on trackPosting daily payment bank transactionsProcessing statement reconciliationsAssisting with month end including journals, prepayments and accrualsReviewing Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI)Updating weekly cash flowCompleting weekly payment runWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar busy Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role with the ability to deal with high volume invoicesA confident communicatorAble to work in a fast paced environment to tight deadlinesAccurate with strong eye for detailConfident using ..... full job details .....
