Part time Temp Sales SupportOur client is experiencing significant growth and requires a Sales Support Executive to support the team by managing administrative tasks and coordinating sales activities. You will also be required to contact existing and warm clients on behalf of the Sales Director.Start date: Monday 18 MayDuration: Ongoing temp positionHours: Tues/Weds/Thurs (9am to 5pm)Working pattern: Tues and Thurs office based and Weds WFHPay rate: £15phIndustry: Food and SnackDuties:Supporting Sales Director with sales including administrationContacting warm and existing customers via telephone and emailBooking and attending meetings with potential clients in personAct as the main point of contact for internal sales queriesCoordinate calendars, meetings, and sales presentationsSupport pipeline management and forecast reportingPrepare and issue sales quotes, proposals, contracts, and order formsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM systemProcess sales orders and ensure timely handover to operations or account managementTrack deal progress and follow up on outstanding actionsRequirements:Experience within a Sales role, preferably client facingWell presented and excellent communication skillsExcellent Microsoft Excel skillsOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
