Role: Building Surveyor (JPC-56) Locations: London Sector: Public and Private Sector Consultancy Overview We re seeking a capable and proactive Building Surveyor to join our busy consultancy team in London. You ll work on a range of public and private sector projects, delivering Building Surveying, Project Monitoring, Contract Administration, and producing Building Safety Cases for higher-risk buildings. While MRICS isn t essential, you must have proven experience with JCT contracts, from drafting and assembling them through to managing works on site. Also highly desirable is experience in fire remediation projects and experience in new-build residential schemes. You ll collaborate closely with our London and Kent teams on high-profile projects, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can take instruction, work independently, and keep projects moving. A relevant degree and at least 3 years experience are essential, with progression towards MRICS, CIOB, or APM preferred. Key Responsibilities: Building Safety and Surveying Produce compliant Building Safety Cases for higher-risk buildings. Work alongside internal teams and external stakeholders to compile and deliver safety case reports. Undertake detailed building inspections and defect analysis across various sectors including residential, education, and healthcare.
