Complaints Investigator
Individual required to help clear a backlog of stage 1 complaints relating to housing needs, homelessness and temporary accommodation.Preferable that candidates have LOCAL AUTHORITY and homelessness complaints experience - would also welcome applicants with Housing Ombudsman experience.
