The Work Rights Centre is looking for an experienced solicitor to contribute to our growing employment rights programme by providing expert legal advice and casework, and supporting the wider development of the charity and our strategic goals. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with a strong sense of justice, who values impact, teamwork, and the autonomy of working in a diverse and agile team. We can accommodate flexible and remote work, and offer 28 days of annual leave in addition to a winter holiday break. The role As Employment Solicitor, you''ll provide excellent employment legal advice, and support the Head of Employment in supervising our two senior legal advisers. You''ll also use your expertise to create accessible public-facing legal information, deliver training to other advisers, and collaborate with colleagues in the policy team.
