  • Identify potential delays, resolve issues proactively and communicate progress to project stakeholders.
  • Support the successful completion and handover of projects.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Working Foreman within the interiors or drylining sector.
  • Strong practical knowledge of suspended ceilings, partition walls and interior fit-out systems.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, site operatives and multiple trades on live construction sites.
  • A good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, programmes and site coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements, including RAMS and site documentation.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of site delivery.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications would be advantageous, with relevant site certifications expected as required by the projects.
  • Full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to projects across Essex and London.
