Internal Account Manager

Wolverhampton | Office-Based | Full-Time | £27,000 - £33,000 + Benefits

SFR Recruitment Solutions are supporting a well-established business within the manufacturing and engineering supply sector in the search for a Internal Account Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, friendly and supportive team where you'll play a key role in developing customer relationships, supporting existing accounts and helping to drive business growth. The role offers a mix of customer service, sales and account management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and getting involved in all aspects of a growing business.

We welcome applications from individuals with experience across a range of construction, building products, industrial, engineering and technical sectors. If you have experience selling or supporting technical products and enjoy understanding customer requirements and matching them with the right solution, that would be a distinct advantage.

The Role

You'll manage and develop existing customer accounts while also identifying opportunities for new business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Managing and growing existing customer accounts
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Preparing and following up quotations
• Providing excellent customer service and sales support
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions
• Looking for opportunities to increase spend across product ranges
• Working closely with colleagues as part of a hands-on team environment

Package

• £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
