Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Support childrenandrsquo;s early development in communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Observe, assess, and record childrenandrsquo;s progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each childandrsquo;s learning journey

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• A warm, patient, and creative approach to early years teaching
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess independently
