A leading Legal 500 rated law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property PSL to join its established Commercial Property team in Cambridge.

Previous PSL experience is not essential. The firm is open to hearing from experienced Commercial Property lawyers looking to make their first move into a PSL role, as well as existing Commercial Property PSLs who are looking for a new opportunity.

OVERVIEW:
• Working alongside Partners and lawyers across the firm, you will play an important role in supporting the Commercial Property team.
The role will involve:
o Keeping the team up to date with key legal and regulatory developments
o Preparing and maintaining technical guidance, precedents and know-how materials
o Producing legal updates and delivering training and presentations
o Monitoring developments in Commercial Property law and assessing their impact on the firm's clients
o Supporting lawyers with technical and complex legal queries
o Contributing to the development and sharing of the firm's legal knowledge
o Working closely with Partners and fee earners to identify areas where additional technical support would be beneficial
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical and knowledge-sharing side of Commercial Property and would like to use their expertise in a different way.
• For an experienced fee earner, this could be an ideal opportunity to move away from the pressures of billing and fee-earning while continuing to utilise your Commercial Property expertise.
• The firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with strong technical knowledge and a solid background in commercial real estate.
• PSL experience is preferred but not essential. The firm is open to candidates at different stages of their career.
• For those moving from fee-earning into PSL for the first time, the firm offers support and training to help you make the transition successfully
