Overview

Finatal are working with a mid-market investor who are about to acquire a £100m t/o international professional services company headquartered in London which requires an interim CFO to manage transformation projects, their cash position, and rebuild teams where needed. You’ll be based at their head office in London and working closely with the CEO, Board, and PE house. Your first tasks will include managing the liquidity position and ensuring completion of existing transformation projects.Responsibilities
