HR Manager - Bracknell Salary: £35,163 - £39,881 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, all year roundContract: PermanentLocation: Bracknell We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function in a busy school environment. This is a full-time, on-site role managing all aspects of HR within the school, supported by one HR Administrator, and reporting to a Regional HR Partner. About the Role:As HR Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations in a regulated setting. You will manage recruitment, payroll, pensions, absence management, safeguarding checks, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with employment law and school policies. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and pensions.Advise and coach managers on HR policies and best practice.Maintain accurate HR records and statutory returns.Lead on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes.Ensure compliance with safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements.Coordinate staff training and performance management cycles.
