You will draft, negotiate, and complete commercial leases and related documentation, and advise landlords and tenants on issues such as rent reviews, break clauses, and dilapidation''s. You will carry out property due diligence, report on title and risk, and provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients. Regular liaison with agents, lenders, surveyors, and other advisers will form a key part of the role, alongside ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures. You may also support junior team members and contribute to client relationship management and business development activities.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with ideally 5 years'' post-qualification experience in commercial property.
