This is working closely with contract management and administration. It will suit someone already established in the construction or social housing sector who understands the importance of accurate information, timely communication and consistent processes. What You''ll Be Doing: Providing day to day administrative support to contract and site management teams. Ordering materials in line with programme requirements. Handling internal and external correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Supporting commercial administration processes. About You: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and attributes: Previous experience in an administrative role within construction, property maintenance or social housing.
