Senior Sales Administrator Salary 28,000 - 33,000Based in Acton Office Based Role - 9 am - 5 pmA well-established company specialising in manufacturing equipment for the testing of fuels and lubricants are searching for a Senior Sales Administrator to join their office in Acton. You will be assisting with providing office and sales support for the commercial team. This role includes managing orders, coordinating shipments, handling office supplies and liaising with customers as well as managing one direct report. You will need to have used SAP, have great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Duties Include: Managing customer enquiries by providing sales quotations, processing sales orders, issuing order confirmations, and coordinating shipping logistics through SAP and other relevant software.Preparing and handling all shipping documentation including airway bills, commercial invoices, Dangerous Goods paperwork (with certification), and additional certificates as required by the Chamber of Commerce.Coordinating with external freight forwarders, tracking shipments, addressing any delays or missed collections, and keeping customers informed of dispatch dates and delivery details.Updating the Shipping Analysis log with key shipment information such as tracking numbers, courier details, and applicable charges.Supporting the commercial team by organising distributor meetings, tracking distributor performance, and assisting with sales reporting and monthly data ..... full job details .....
