Site Manager
Paisley
-28 per hour | Immediate Start | Until Christmas
We are-looking for an experienced Site Manager for-internal refurbishment projects across empty domestic properties in Paisley.
The Role:

Overseeing contractors, trades and labour on site.

Managing day-to-day site activities to keep work running smoothly.

Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.
-
Maintaining a safe, organised and productive working environment.
-
Coordinating works to ensure the project stays on track.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a Site Manager.

Strong health and safety awareness.
-
Ability to manage subcontractors and trades effectively.
-
SSSTS or SMSTS
-
First Aid

Location: Paisley

Pay Rate: -28 - -29-per hour

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duration: Until Christmas, with the possibility of extending into the new year
