Site Manager

We are recruiting for a Site Manager to join our development in Glasgow! Location:Glasgow (candidates commutable from Glasgow, Clydebank, Paisley, Barrhead, East Kilbride, Motherwell, Airdrie, Bishopbriggs, M8 corridor, please apply) Our Site Managers lead and manage the delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments across the Group and require support on a commercial to PBSA conversion scheme in the centre of Glasgow. The role will be working closely with Project Managers to manage a 290-unit scheme in Glasgow but with the opportunity to progress with further schemes in the future. We are a successful and entrepreneurial property development and investment company working across the UK with a pipeline in excess of 9,000 residential units, multiple commercial sites including hundreds of acres of new warehousing and many other commercial units. Key Skills: Minimum 3 years site management experience Experienced contracting background PM with city centre project experience - ideally PBSA / Apartments Refurbishment Experience preferred (office to PBSA conversion) Skilled in managing design teams, subcontractors to deliver the employers requirements on a fast-tracked, turnkey programme for our PBSA operating platform - Flow Skilled in day-to-day management of site staff and subcontractors Skilled in leadership, organised, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams will be essential to success in this role You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills ..... full job details .....
