AWWG continuously evolves, pushing the limits and defying the status quo to create value through innovative, aspirational, and sustainable products that prioritize excellence, craftsmanship, differentiation, and quality.The project!The Sales Coordinator for RedBull Racing and Converse apparel will be responsible for implementing the strategic plan of the brand in his/her area territory, while ensuring thedevelopment of sales and profitability of the wholesale channel.What will the role entail?You will accompany wholesale business performance end-to-end.You will understand the market landscape including Key Accounts, e-commerceplayers, multi-brands and potential franchises, and identify strategic opportunities to grow the brands.You will drive the business during the period of market (Showroom and / or Virtualshowroom), negotiating and defining client’s OTB, conducting client’s appointmentsand collection’s presentation, supervising the chasing orders’ confirmation with theactive support.You will cultivate and prospect a pipeline of new sales opportunities designed todrive overall business growth.You will work cross-functionally with wholesale operations to optimize thedivisional shipping targets.You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive strategicopportunities and initiatives.You will follow and implement all company policy and procedures to ensurestability sustainability safety and security of the business in accordance with our internal policies.Requirements
Requirements of the position:Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Admin or similar2-3 years of previous experience in sportswear brand desiredGood knowledge of the UK market and its consumer dynamics.Fluency English; additional languages are a plus.Right to work in the UKProficient in Microsoft Excel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
